The Base Package includes 7 nights lodging at the Sun Valley Lodge Apartmens and associated amenities, a Welcome Reception, a Mountain Tour, and a Club Dinner.
The Group Air Option includes airfare (RT O'Hare - Sun Valley) and local bus transfers (RT Hailey Airport - Lodging). First come first served for the 29 of seats on the direct United Airlines flights.
After that, other air transportation will be one-stop flights at additional cost.
The Single Supplement Option provides a private room but does not guarantee the type of room or bed.
Sun Valley is an IKON destination, but only the IKON Full Pass is accepted. Please refer to the IKON website for details.
The Sun Valley Lift Ticket Options provide group rate pricing and are valid for the specified number of days.
Sun Valley Flyer
Online registration and payment of the deposit will secure your spot on this trip. Installment payments of 20% will be due on July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19, and November 16, 2026.
Package prices EXCLUDE:
- Membership fee of $35 per person for the 2026-27 club year
- Optional bus transfers from Merrillville to O'Hare and return; this will be priced separately
- Trip Insurance
