About this event
Winter hiking is a great way to experience the beauty of the Indiana Dunes! Meet at the Main Parking Lot. Depending on wind and weather conditions, we have a choice of great trails, including the Long Lake Loop and the Succession Trail.
As always, dress for the weather, wear appropriate shoes or boots, and bring your water.
Please let contact Jerry Mansell at 331-777-0593 if you are interested in this hike. If the weather conditions require cancellation, we will have a good call list.
Tiny's Coffee Bar in Miller Beach (555 Lake Street, Gary) will be a great place to warm up with coffee or cocoa. They also have a nice selection of pastries, lunch options, and adult beverages.
